Yes, try Google flights to find a affordable flight
check with the Air traffic controllers ,it might be busy.
No. Just a valid form of ID. Passports are only required for most countries outside the United States. Safe travels!
Any exit is open. Typically it depends on the terminal and the construction.
Why are flights cancelled?
Just in case you forget how badly this airport is run...I'm Currently in transit on American Airlines on a layover. American is, for some reason using old planes with no power in the seats, even in first class. After a short layover and a $20 cocktail I need to change my phone...EVERY POWER PORT NEXT TO GATES B10 AND B13 ARE DEAD! I can play games and order drinks though....
Nice enough for an airport, and they have great food choices. But I almost paid over $30! for some Lindt chocolate truffles from one of the concession places.
Better than Newark for on time departures ! Double the distance but worth it! Also cheaper parking! Easy breezy ☺️
Lost of stores and restaurants closed and pretty empty. Visitors are wearing face masks but several members of airport security were not!?
TSA agents were very nice. It was pretty closed in terms of shops, which was expected.
Great experience with costumer services they help you with anything, I said thank you American airline costumer service.
TSA lines moved quickly and everything happened as scheduled...can't ask for more.
Could use more hand sanitizer stations. Signage not great. Bathroom soap dispensers empty.
Nice to be home. Not very busy and not many stores open but felt safe and clean. Baggage was out quickly so not much say but thanks to American for a safe flight.
Great signage, decently easy enough drop off areas for space, signage, and quality of pavement. Inside, if you get there with enough time, always a very timely and efficient process. Plenty of outlets everywhere and they were awesome with all of my trips I've had, local and transatlantic.
Every worker here was so kind and hospitable <3 I was disappointed that I couldn't get a philly cheese steak during my layover but it's understandable because of corona. Rather everyone is safe and this way I have a reason to come back and I look forward to it! Overall great airport :)
Got in very late. Most everything was closed. It was about midnight so I didn't expect anything different. Normally, Philly is one of my favorite airports when I travel earlier. I like their variety of restaurants and shopping mall environment.
I was traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was not sure what to expect at the airport here regarding how the whole travel experience would be different. But I was happy with the time that I was here. The airport required all people to be wearing face masks at all times with the exception of security check. There was cleaning crew/staff cleaning everywhere. It was to the point that the seats in front of terminals were all being wiped down from top to bottom. In all my times of travel, I have never seen anyone at an airport clean the terminal seats. Overall, the airport was clean and safe, and I was happy with my travel experience.
Fair. Modern. Clean and expensive for snacks. But a well designed airport with easy access to all gates. Plus the TSA agents working today where very polite and friendly.
I would always give PHL 5 stars for cleanliness, friendliness, the great USO, lots of food and merchandise choices and the military discounts at those places. Today, it was a bit different in that it was very quiet, not many people flying, some shops and eateries still closed. Outside baggage check was not open. Used kiosk for boarding pass and baggage claim checks. Delivered bags to Southwest counter, completely contactless. They did not have us lineup, as usual, passengers 1-60 at a time. We were boarded 10 at a time, with masks on and socially distanced. I appreciated the effort. I am normally a frequent flyer but this is my first flight since February so wasn't sure what to expect. Very pleased with the efforts put forth by the airport and the airline.
Fast and easy during covid times, this may change, of course
The terminals were easy to find and the local restaurants in the airport were somewhat well-priced and very tasty! Tavern PHL was a great option after a long day of travelling, or lack there of.
It's nice, people were very nice. Everyone is in a bit of a hurry. Overall No complaints
Plave was easy to get around, service was great, unfortunately the bathrooms and seating areas were not as clean. The bathrooms had sinks stopped up and toilets, and food in the sink. None of the stuff was cleaned or sanitized and no one did their job of properly stocking the paper towels, tissue,or soap. Floors were nasty. The coffee was good!
To me, an airport means hope, opportunity, and adventure. Not to me right now, but to those fortunate enough to be able to partake of such hopes, opportunities, or adventures.I visit the airport to live vicariously through those I see. There are many great, safe, legal places to park to watch the planes if that's your thing. There are shops and stores inside if you care to spend more time there.
It can get a little confusing from one terminal to the next...just ask the staff there for directions. They are all very helpful and will guide you to and from your lotted spots. Learn to take the bus shuttle as a means of traveling this airport.
It was busier than expected but, it feels really good to see people flying again.Hopefully we will get some international flights very soon. I can't to travel in the summer.
All of my experiences at the Philadelphia Airport have been pleasant. I was pleased by the level of professionalism in every department. All employees were courteous. They always got me home safely. What more could you ask for?
I was picking up my family. Almost no traffic. Very, very clean. People were following the safety protocol of mask and distancing. Easy in and out.
This airport is a good airport. The food selection in the gate was not vary big, but it was still nice. Though, when i walked into the bathroom, the window was cracked in a way that looks like it was shot. Security also took a long time. Other than that, its a good airport.
Shocked with all the cases growing lack of enforcement regarding facial covers masks. ATTITUDE IS DARE YOU TO SAY SOMETHING TO ME. BROTHERLY LOVE A BIG JOKE
Great for stopovers or long layovers, clean and not too crowded during pandemic
It was good my 1st time flying! And it was good.🤗👍🏻👏thank you to everyone👍👏
Airport very clean but ladies bathroom was filthy upon returning to Philadelphia today! Social distancing and must wear mask! Great! Encountered a check-in guy who did not want to answer a question for me, however, I observed him help 2 different men at the kiosk. Wow! I guess he is there to only assist men! That is not good for business. That happened on July 7, 2020.
Now is the time to travel, minus masks, lots of room. No crowds.
The overall experience was good. I marked them down by 1 star because the marked exit to the baggage claim was closed suddenly when only about 2% of the passengers made it through and there was no announcement so we were quite confused for awhile neither were there any signs with the alternative
Professional tsa personnel, easy access to terminal D, much better than miami international
Easy to pick people up but you gotta be careful some people speed around you and its kind of hectic definitely an area that you are susceptible to an accident. Use caution ⚠️
Great airport, used SEPTA rail to get there, exceptionally clean everywhere. Fast TSA, good services and food open while waiting for flight. One of the best northeast airports that is not rated fairly for the most part.
As long as you know what terminal you are coming in or leaving out of, this is an easy set up. Love the ease of getting in and out.
Excellent airport not to much traffic with the covid 19 around
Odd how the different terminals were setup for COVID distancing. Terminal C had a strap blocking every other seat to enforce it. Terminal F had no such device in place.
I was an unaccompanied minor and they did very well with making sure I was ok. They were very nice and polite. I would definitely do this again
There isn't that much air travel going on so no waiting in lines and sevice was quick. But. At least 5%of the airport employees were not wearing masks or had them below their mouth. Not good
Philly is one of those great towns to fly into, with solid food choices and helpful staff. Today it was lightly attended with Covid19 being what it is, however that did not dampen the efficacy of the team getting the plan filled and everyone in their way safely with a smile.
air port was pretty quick, Spirit's flight on the other hand took forever, flight was on time, but we ended up sitting on a plane for 2 1/2 hours no pilot and plain was off with no air for one hour, second hour 1/2 was due to issue with the plane. SO honestly feel passengers lives were put at risk especially during this covid 19.
I was at this airport to take a flight to Boston and everything seems perfect, no issues about parking, boarding, ticketing, the service staff is fast, efficient, smiling and friendly. The waiting area and the lounges are clean and spacious and the spacing between seats is enough for everyone to pass comfortably.♿️ This place has:Yes=Ramp access.Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Entrance.Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Restroom/Toilet.Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Seating.Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Parking.Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Elevator.
Make surety being some food with you for your flight. Places are not open. However it was nice, not crowded.
Great, quick service, nice staff, orderly and clean. It helps that not a lot of people are traveling now a day (end of June of 2020) for fear of the covid-19. In general excellent.
Nice, consistent and very clean. Easy arrival and departure, rain or shine. Didnt have the time to shop around but definitely some interesting bits and bobs to find.
Clean and well organized (at least the AA terminal). Lots of choices for food and drinks. The bathrooms are very modern and no touch. Shuttle was clean and quick as well.
Just completely disappointed in my experience with the airline I was told false information about my flight and then was laughed at after my wife was emotional for not being about to get on the plane that we paid for tickets to be on and paid for a specific seats so we could sit next to each other.. I’m total I might be able to get on a plane tomorrow MAYBE they said we’re on stand by when they have 13 seats open
Had only one issue with the type of mask I have. I use my Training Mask Vent with the changeable filters and I was continually asked if it had a respirator then I can not wear it. I would have to wear a disposable paper one. Otherwise it was smooth getting through ticketing and security.
It's so big here. But I was able to locate gate easily . Just wish you could still use cash to purchase items. I didnt have my debit card so I couldnt get snacks
You have to pay for wifi on the plane also during Corona they're not providing food or water so bring ur own stuff otherwise I enjoyed it
